MANAGERS & COACHES
BYFC is always seeking people to assist running our teams as Managers or Coaches. These volunteers are key to the success of the club. The personal development and gain in developing a group of players in grassroots football is immense. BYFC will provide FA Coaching courses, kit and support to you when running or assisting one of our many teams. This is a great opportunity as well for those seeking to get into sports coaching as part of a chosen career.
TREASURER
Club treasurer to facilitate all financial administrative functions for the club.
Welfare Officer
Deputy to support the current Welfare Officer.
CLUB DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
To take the Club to the next level and develop all aspects of the Club.
SOCIAL EVENTS ORGANISER
To support the club in arranging small fundraising and social events
FUNDRAISER (INCLUDING GRANTS)
The Grants Administrator role is to:
identify grants which the football club may be able to apply for

REFEREE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
To help develop current Club referees and increase list of available referees for Club. Also support the delivery of the National Game Strategy to develop and implement effective recruitment, retention and development strategies for referees within.
Increase and develop the number and quality of referees within the Club, along with promote all aspects of the FA Respect programme.
SOCIAL EVENTS ORGANISER
To establish a broad social calendar for the season and end of season.
